What devices give me access to Members Choice Online Banking?

      • Our Mobile Banking app is available for Apple and Android devices. For other device types, visit www.choicefcu.com from your device to access the mobile version of our Online Banking.

Do I need an email address to use Online Banking?

      • Yes. A valid email address is required to enroll in Online Banking. Email addresses are also used for device authentication.

What happens after I download Members Choice mobile app?

      • After your download is complete, if you do not have an Online Banking login, you will need to click “Register” to complete the enrollment process. If you have an Online Banking login, enter your login information and a One Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. You will use the OTP to complete the login process. The OTP will only be good for 24 hours. If you don’t use it within that timeframe, you’ll need to contact us to have another OTP issued.

What if I don’t receive my One Time PIN (OTP)?

      • The most common reason for not receiving your OTP is due to an incorrect email address. If you already have a login, please login to Online Banking through our website, go to Settings, and verify/update the email address. If you do not have a login, give us a call at 254-776-7070 or 800-283-4853 so we can verify/update the email address that we have on file.

Can I use the mobile app on multiple mobile devices?

      • Yes! Each device will need to be authenticated using the OTP process described above. Your login credentials will be the same for any device you register.

How secure is this service?

      • As with all our online services, Members Choice utilizes the latest technology and encryption methods to keep your account activity safe. Plus, with Online Banking, no account data is ever stored on your devices. If you ever lose your device you can quickly suspend Online Banking access by contacting the credit union.
